Healthy Eating, Healthy Lifestyles

Here at The Winns, we believe it is very important for children to eat a sensible and balanced diet so that they have plenty of energy to enjoy the school day.

If you are providing your child with a packed lunch please try and make them healthy and avoid processed food such as chocolate, biscuits, crisps and sweets.

Please do not include any items containing nuts (some of our children have an allergic reaction to nuts and it can be very serious if they come into contact with them).

Please ensure your child has a water bottle clearly labelled with their name on it in school everyday, we have water fountains around the school for them to be filled up when needed.
